The opening today of 28 new aged care beds at Tenterfield Care’s Haddington Aged Care Community is a significant milestone for the New England community, and one of many investments by Apollo Care to enhance its Haddington and Millrace aged care communities.

We love providing residents with opportunities to catch up with their household neighbours in welcoming spaces, and mealtimes in the homely dining rooms at Haddington and Millrace are a great chance to gather to share news and conversation. 

This month, Tenterfield Care recognised and celebrated a group of employees who have been supporting and caring for residents for many years.  

In September, Tenterfield Care celebrated a group of Year 12 students from Tenterfield High School as they completed their School Based Traineeship and Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care). 

Tenterfield Care’s Haddington aged care community is ticking all the boxes in the delivery of quality residential aged care to locals, according to the Australian Government’s Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.

Fran joined our team more than 10 years ago, working in various roles before becoming an Enrolled Nurse in 2018. Known for her caring nature, she focuses on making residents feel at home.

Our regular crafting sessions at Haddington are a great way for residents, like Kath and Fay, to socialise with friends and share in a meaningful activity.
