We’d like to reassure you that we have robust infection control procedures in place. These protection and preventative measures are helping us manage COVID-19.

COVID-19: Latest announcements

Update to visiting and resident outing restrictions: updated to include ACT services

NSW Health have both eased visiting restrictions for residential aged care services. From Monday 11 October in NSW, residents will be able to host up to 2 fully vaccinated visitors per day.

Visitors to all NSW aged care services must be able to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination completed at least 14 days before visiting. Regional travel restrictions still apply still apply in NSW.

Do not visit if:

  • You are required to isolate as a close contact of someone with COVID-19.

  • You are feeling unwell or have COVID-19.

  • You are not fully vaccinated or your second COVID-19 vaccination was less than 14 days ago. (This includes children under 12 who are not yet eligible for COVID-19 vaccination.)
